Sent on įirst I appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns and I want you to know that I am very sad that you are unhappy with the work that I did. Those 3 pictures were very important to us that is why we requested them. She also seemed to have to much room above pictures and ended up cutting legs off below the knee. Others were grainy and blurry A lot were not centered Pictures of the bridal party she cut the left part of the picture off so who ever was on the left got their arm cut off. All she had to do was ask someone to go get us Funny thing is we were ALWAYS with the guests I never even used the bathroom. When she did get the picture that my son she said they couldn't find everyone to do a family photo. Seems like pictures of the parents were avoided. REALLY! I would think a picture of the brides parents and the grooms parents would be a fairly important image. I posted on Amy's fb asking if she had any other pictures of us her reply was "A picture of the brides parents is not a required shot on their list" and "They do their best to get the important images". Neither one of those photos would be something anyone would hang in their home. Two months later we saw all the pictures I noticed there were only 2 pictures taken of me and my husband. Those were the only 2 pictures my son was in. The family picture was never taken she did 2 pictures of my son with my daughter and son in law that were exactly the same. The family picture was to be done at the reception.
A family picture, a picture of me and my husband and pictures of my son who is Autistic. On the last visit with Amy my husband went with my daughter and they discussed three important pictures that we would like done. I told my daughter many times to look for someone else. Once my daughter put the deposit down she had a very hard time getting return calls, emails and text.

You should all check out their work and book your wedding with these two!!! I know that I will be using them in the future. I could not be more happy to have had them for our special day. I was so pleased with all the images and special moments they caught on camera!!!! Amy is such a pleasant person and does whatever you need or want. They then followed us to the church, back to my parents for photo's on the farm, the bar and the reception. The wedding day finally came and Amy and Todd came to my parents house (on-time), asked for my dress, rings, shoes and anything else special to myself and Jason to photograph. After viewing Tara and Dustin's photo's I knew I wanted them for our special day!Īmy and Todd took our engagement photo's for us at Jason's grandparents farm and they were breath taking!!! I had so many compliments because the work they do is something unique and special! I am not sure where to even start!! Amy and Todd are amazing at what they do! The first experience I had with them was for my good friend Tara's wedding.
